sir my name is sekhar actually i was wrkd in one bpo company ....due to some problms it was shutdown ....after that i gave money to my m.d from my brother...he s tellng that i will gve u job and ur brother for next company ...so we wwas gave 80000 and my md gave me a cheque ..it was happend in march now we want money but he s sayng that i dnt have the mny what we do now we are s.c people... please reply me sir ...we are from andhra pradesh and this was happend in bangalore

Dear Sekhar,
You should deposit the cheque given by the MD, and if it bounces, you should lodge a "cheque Bouncing" case under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act against the MD, for recovery of your money.
