I am 13 if I stab someone how long will I go to jail

The penalty that you are looking at will depend on a whole range of factors including your age (younger people usually get treated more leniently), the seriousness of the incident and severity of the injury,'anything that you have done to make up for it eg counselling etc. I am more than happy to help you but need a little more info'
