Legal Question in Criminal Law in Australia

As a bright 21 year old in Sydney who studies at Uni and has no previous convictions how would one be charged with a one off bestiality offence that was pressured upon her? Is it possible to be charges but not get a criminal record. I have already plead guilty to this charge as there is a short video of the event the police have obtained. I am worried this might go to the media and that my family May found out

Hi. It depends on the nature and seriousness of the offence. Bestiality is considered a relatively serious offence and it may not be easy to remain conviction free, however I would need to know more about the matter
