Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My daughter got married 5 yrs ago. After one month of her marriage she is been harassed by her husband and in laws. We have spent Rs.20,00,000 for her marriage. Last year when she was sick, her husband left her at our house and not taking her back. We spoke to their relatives many times to take her back. We tried to meet my daughter's husband & mother in-law but they are not coming to speak to us. They have shifted the house without informing to us. From past two years our daughter is with us. Who ever mediator we meet, they are influencing them. We lost confidence on them. Pls advice how to proceed.
