Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Dear sir, this is santosh I have been remanded onder the case of ipc420, my case was my bank has been mistakly credited excess amount 3lakhs insted of my chquae was 14000 t o my bank acount and I have used it and they have already filed a case on me and I went to jail on remand and came out on bail and again the bank person has called me said me that he will file another case on me from my bank account home branch for the same subject of the above case , i sincerly request you to suggest me what should I do now infact at present I dont have any thing to pay them and I have alrady paid 50000rs and I m not saying that I will not pay the amount I can only pay the amount when I earn it�as possible as I can�and im not a theif or criminal

this time the case will be on a different section. you may have given some undertaking to pay to the bank. without seeing the relevant document it is difficult to comment.As for your being thief or criminal you did use up the money which was not yours so you are facing the consequences. Please try to sort out this mess at the earliest .
