Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I'm facing the case u/s 498a , court has granted anticipatory bail to me in 2010. My uncle has furnished his bail bond and bank FD as security. But my relations are now not good with him and now he wants to withdraw his bail.
Can I give my own bank FD
or
Can my brother who lives in haryana can give bail as I live in Delhi and case is also in delhi.

the basic purpose of surety is to secure a person who exercises enough control on the accused. in your case, your brother who s residing in haryana, cannot said to be having control on you in Delhi. however, you may try furnishing bail bond on his name.
