Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I have filed complaint under 498a,406,34 ipc against husband, mother-in-law, sis-in law.they used to torture me for my whole salary,forcing me for loan contribution.they are having my whole jwellary which is given by my parents.before registering FIR , police asked husband to return my jwellary that time he said he is ready to return my jwellary but I should sign mutual divorce paper.i was even ready for that but next day he said he wants divorce through court and will give jwellary in court only.but now after filing FIR , he has taken interim AB and he mentioned in bail that he doesnt have any my jwellary and I have taken tat whiling leaving his home.he mentioned he has audio video proof for same.so in this case how I can prove tat he is having my jwellary?
