Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I have filed a FIR under sec 498a against my husband and my inlaws for harrassing and toruring ne for dowry on 24th may, 2018. Till date police have not taken any action on them. Now that i came to know that they have applied for anticipatory bail. Is there any correct way i can oppose their application and get it rejected?
