Good evening sir, i gave a blank check only one of my close friend for sending dubai his wife has given written statement on white paper then I closed my account after 1 year he filed a case on me without proof of documents check is valid or not give me your valuable suggestion please sir.

The validity of cheque will depend on whether cheque was given as a security or not. So far as the case is concerned you need to defend the same based on the documents you have.
