we have registrated a complaint from court ...still Fir not made......
can we withdraw the case what is the procedure to withdraw the case....
is there any charge for withdrawal the case........

It appears you have filed a criminal complaint and the same is pending before the court. At what stage is your case?? You can always withdraw your complaint by movinig an application or by getting your statement recorded in the matter.There are no litigation charges for withdrawing the complaint. for further queries you can call me on my cell no 9312411481
