Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
ipc 354 , I had applied for quash in high court. Court has asked to apply for discharge at lower court. what do i do now? apply for discharge/ go for trial. hoe do i tackle the case

Move an application for discharge, if doe no succeed then file revision. You may also drop a detailed query at [email protected]

you cannot be answered unless a lawyer goes through the contents of FIR. Only than u will be suggested to go for discharge or face trial.
