Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

My marriage become last 6th dec. 2013. It is Love + Arrange marriage and we did not demand any kind of thing and cash in marriage. Some days from marriage my wife live normal with me and my family. but after some time, she began to force me to take my property share from my father and go to delhi. for that one day she create a fake drama that she took poison. then i prescribe her to the government medical hospital. In the medical report and blood report, there is not infection in her body. She was normal. Dr. advised us to live her for 72 hours but her parents take her just after some hours. Now she is at her parent's home. they are telling us that they will create fake police report against us and claim us for cash. please help us what should we do ?

You must take a copy of report from doctors and also that she left hospital against medical advise. Do not succumb to pressure. File an information with police of your area that your wife has left home from hospital and is not coming back and rather threatening you with false complaints.
