Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
owner of a car sold his car to 2 nd person. the second person sold to third person..these dealings are done without transferring the ownership of vehicle.. now the third party illegally done a job using this car . the police registered the case against the 1 st owner as he is still the owner of the vehicle .. how can he escape from this case
