Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Is a person liable for punishment if he is in a sexual relationship with a married woman, even if the woman is guilty?
I m very confused after reading the laws.. Some people say that the man wont be punished. :/
What proof is needed to prove that a woman or the person involved is guilty ?

yes, for sure his act is punishable u/s 497 of IPC for 5 years imprisonment, you ll have to file a complaint case against him.
