I am r.c. xian.33year old female.iam cheated for money by my husband and family.he is impotent.since 1stnov2015 iam living with my parents.last month we separated in police station. How should I get divorce from court in a short time by showing my age

You can apply for divorce by mutual consent since both of you agree to separation.
