Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Respected Sir,

Please I need your help with the following case that includes my dad as accused.

We have a hospital near our building. They put their stuff in out parking area, where only my dad parks scooter. So my dad asked them to remove it. But they started quarling and one of them was going to throw stones at my dad, my mom came to his help. We were talking to hospital's incharge, but I don't know why their hospital maid came in between and started giving bad words and was going to hit mom and me *(I too came later to help my family) and pushing my dad from height. actually there is small wall between our parking area and the hospital. So my father got up on the wall to stop the maid. He did not touch her at all. She started pushing my dad and my dad fell from the height and she too fell on him. Now there was a gutter where they fell and one iron thin rod was coming out of that place, That ladies leg got hurt with it. Now lady had file a case against my dad , saying that my dad assaulted her. And this hospital people now have bribed the DCP to make case stronger. Today is the first hearing we have hired a lawyer. But then too I m worried. My dad has been in prison for whole night. Today the bail procedure are gonna be done. Please sir kindly help me with this , I don't know what should I do to prove my father is innocent. And also note that we were talking only to the in charge, we were not at all talking to her. And hospital people are saying that they have recorded the whole incident. I think they had planned this whole thing. As they were laughing , when lady got hurt.

They have trapped your father. Be brave and behave boldly. File a complaint against the hospital u/s 133 CrPC to your Area magistrate. You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]
