Sir what to do if someone has filed wrong case against you...under sections 323;324;504;34

You have not mentioned the stage at which the case is pending. You have, anyway, two options. One is to argue that no charge is made out under any of the offences, at the stage of framing of charge. If the court agrees with your arguments, then, the court will discharge the accused persons. Your second option is to file for quashing of the FIR before the High Court.
