Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hi Sir,

One of my friend Arpita age 23 yrs was in love with a Indian army captain Nirmal from last 5yrs , now Nirmal is going to marry with a different girl ,Arpita is very innocent and she is not having any mistake , We have prove of all mails and charting between them from last 5 yrs , can you please advise me what is the legal action we can take against Nirmal.

your facts are very sketchy to give an opinion.IIf a relationship breaks how can you punish the person who has opted out of the relationship. unless he has established physical relation with her on the lure of marriage. For further query contact 9312411481
