Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Sir Good Evening, we had done marriage of our sister with one person (already married), on that time he(husband of my sister) said that i have already given divorce to his first wife , no problem will come in future.
but after one year of my sister marriage, first wife of my brother in law(husband of my sister) had filed criminal case on whole family members including me under sections 498,498A
I am central government employee working in Andhra Pradesh
3 years completed from filing of case, please advise me any relief under above sections for not attending to court every time and any facility to file case against first wife of my brother in law as maan haani case/defamation case
