Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Sir can i publish my statement in News Papers that my wife and in laws has filed 498a on me just to separate with my family and not to help my family. Neither physically nor financially. My in laws want to live separately at New Delhi or Najibabad with her daughter (My wife).
Sir can i publish this in news papers. I have some proofs too of the same. can it be beneficial to me and my case.
