Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Sir, I am a sufferer of 498a and still suffering. The IO has submitted the Final Report after my wife and me compromised. Before compromise main witness of my case has submitted an affidavit (Shapath Patra) that my wife have false allegations in FIR and FIR is false.
But Sir the Investigation Officer has not mentioned them in the Final Report that FIR is False.
Now my wife has challenged the FR submitted by IO that FR submitted by IO is based on compromise and we again demanded her Rs. 2 Lac as dowry. She alleged that i have demand dowry and beaten her hardly and also neglecting her to take her back. Which is totally false.
Specially Sir i want know that what action should be taken on IO why he had not mentioned those affidavits in FR.
Please Sir tell me.

you may file quashing of the FIR
