Sir, My first wife separated from 2002 to still to date but not divorced. My second wife knows about first wife matter she married in 2007. Now my second wife put false case 498a & 125crpc Maintenance. My second wife have our marriage evidence. Please tell me how to face that cases.

Are you muslim? If Hindu then should be ready to face bigamy case if any one of them go for the same.
