Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Sir,I want to elope with a girl who is adult.Problem is her parents are against marriage and kept her all documents locked with them.So in case we elope what actions should we take to be in safe side.Should we go to Police and file a case so that even if girl's family files a FIR ,it wont be considered.Please suggest.

Be ready to live in Jail for 7 years or more if you elope a girl. Try to persuade parents of the girl that you are capable to maintain her.
