My spouse has filed false DV act case and OS Suit(not to remarry) 1.5 years back.No she is ready to join me,because she is not having single evidence,but the fact is she is having an affair vith a Boy,can i being her husband can login into her personal gmail account and take their chatting messages print out and use it as evidence,in vich she has expressed her feelings like I LOVE U,I MISS U,SHALL MEET FACE TO FACE...etc.SHE IS USING HER MOBILE FOR CHATTING,CALLING TO THAT BOY LATE NIGHTS FROM ONE YEAR,PLEASE GUIDE ME HOU CAN I GET THE CALL DETAILS OF MY VIFE LEGALLY AND SUIT DIVORCE.
PLS PLS HELP ME IF ANY ONE KNOS HOU TO GET IT.
