Clearly understand that need to pay money to my wife. But he gave false allegation, my parents and also me facing serious illness in that case what I will do. When I have responsibility to mentain her. She does not have???

if you prove that she leveled false allegation and left your house with her own will then her maintenance will be stop and you can get divorce on this ground and even file any criminal complaint of harassment.
