Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I am currently working in Saudi Arabia, here one of my friend's cousin borrow SAR 50,000 for two months but didnt gave back. He gave me a blank without date cheque in a Kerala Bank. Can I submit the cheque and sue him in any court in Kerala (India) if cheque submit and bounce it? Is it required to get his address in Kerala, before submitting the cheque? And what reason I have to put in the petetion? I mean why he has to pay me money? Your advise shall be much appreciated.

Yes you can produce the cheque in bank and get it bounced..........
Reason you need to give is friendly loan..........
