Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
At my workplace one of male colleagues misbehaving with me..he sings songs repeatedly,touching me while passing by my chair,odd gesture,starring my private parts and speaks cheap words,and threaten me to use my photos which he steal from my computer personal folder .and my boss supports him as he is his x employee.m y boss forced me to be lovely with him and if not thn leave the job.and threatene me to not to apply for job in his circle firms. I left the job and filled a complaint in police station. Now what action and which criminal charges take place against that man who misbehave d with me and forced me to left the job....what is the procedure to punish him and which punishment does he liable for misbehaving with a girl at workplace..police will do something in this or not. And can he punish for an imprisonment
