498(a) case is running in the court,but didn't get summons, i want live with my husband,if i apply domestic violence act how many days will take place for allotted shelter, my husband living in rented house,my husband parents have own house in a village,my husband living in hyderabad,how can i proceed,plz give me answer

file domestic violence case and court will direct your husband either to live in same house or pay rent for you.

file domestic violence case and if you want to live with him then you may file petition u/s 9 HMA.
