after 6mnths I left my in laws home they mentally tortured me n my husband neither stopped him nor helped me. M living with my family nw coz he is not willing to live with me n saying won't divorce my fr 6yrs. wht should I do? my parents is not wealthy like my in-laws.

1) Issue RCR notice thru local lawyer of Family Law expert.
2) Also file DV case.

Dear client if u want to save yr marriage then file case for restitution of conjugal rights. Otherwise u can file police complaint against husband under sec 498 a for dowry harassment. U can also file domestic violence case for mental harassment. For any legal help call me
