Legal Question in Family Law in India
It's been 9 months since my marriage. My wife visited her parent after every 2 monthsm. This time she went to her parents home saying about mother's illness and have denied to return marking that my mother use to interfere in her work now and then. Now she is asking me to come to her house and discuss with her parents to get seperated from my family. Does any law make a boy to seperated from family due to wife allegations.

There is no law which says that you have to be separated from parents. On the contrary, law presumes that a son has to take care of his older parents. Do one thing. Just record her insistence upon leaving the parents. Petition for divorce would be possible then on the ground of cruelty. Go there once, talk and sy her to come back. If she does not, serve a legal notice for RCR and at last a divorce petition. This is the way to go.
