Legal Question in Family Law in India

I was applied divorce.my spouce return the divorce notice and court order then the court side they are come and ask her why you return the court order.but she not give proper reason and again return it. So my side any possible for her divorce soon

once she get court order or appear before court then court will grant you ex party divorce.
