Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am central govt employee. My wife is assistant Head mistress in Government high school/State government employees. I have two female child having aged 5 years and 3 years. Both of us want mutual divorce. I want mutual divorce. She has given her consent regarding mutual divorce. My marriage ritual was solemnized on 10 december 2010. She does not reside with me more than 1 years and 6 months. She is harsh and bad in nature. She always abuse, scolds and harasaa my old widow mother. she resided most off the time (90 percent) in the home of mother-in-law. I cannot leave my widow mother. You are requested to kindly advise regarding fastest and easiest methods of divorce. Should i have to payany compensation for mutual divorce. My wife wants to take the custody of child. I am agree for that.
