Legal Question in Family Law in India
My child custody case for two.kids age7n 10 files last Sept is still dragging.kids are with father n he is,a drunkard.kids doesn't want to stay with him.Though I have visitation rights ,it's limited in a sense that the father tries to object the kids being with me during vacation n weekends.is there any law that will allow my kids to raise their voice n speak for themselves before the court
