A couple adopted a child since the couple had no son ...after few years of adoption they found that the child is insane n the same was confirmed by the doctors....can the adoption be revoked

No....not in any circumstances. Had he been the biological child, what would have you done. If a person lacks in basic humanity then he must not go for adoption.
