Legal Question in Family Law in India

One Couple has One Daughter (Eldest) and Two Brother (Elder and Younger).
Couple had married their Daughter on April 29, 2013, give Rs. 50,000 as Cash and One Sewing Machine and Seven Utensils, but since June 8, 2013, she (Daughter) lived with her parents and deserts husbands house and took away Jewellery, Chothing presented to her by her Father-In-Law / Mother-In-Law / Husband.
Now, Daughter wants separation from Husband, blaming him Drug Addict.
Daughter's Parents supported her and declared taken away goods as Stridhan and their main intention to take the Inlaws (Husbands) House and other Property.
?
My question === Under what Law, Husband / Inlaws can claim his/their goods taken by Wife ?
How Husband can get divorce from her ?
How Husband can prove his Wife a thief / robber ? And, put Wife and her Parents into prison to rob him ?
How can Husband skip to pay any maintenance Cost as Husband is unemployed, not own any Property ?
Tell ways to overcome the problem of Stridhan ?
