my daudhter married on 12 december 2015.but she is herrassing from her husband and aunt by physicall and mentally.one night she is calling me with cry and fear on her phone.then i responded and took him to my house.she is telling her husband is impotent.my daughter's age is 23. i want speedy solution.what can i do? i dont know english. if any mistakes kndly excuse me

Dear client if marriage is not consumed means there is no physical relation between husband and wife then yr daughter can file case for annulment of marriage within one year of marriage. For any.legal help call me

1) Before completion of one year from the date of marriage,
divorce is not possible.
2) Non-consummation of marriage is a ground for divorce but
has to be proved
3) First discuss in the presence of family elders and outside
senior citizen friends to sort out the issue amicably and keep
record for future.
4) If failed, file DV, 498A, 125 cases for mental cruelty against
husband and in-laws.
