Dear Sir,

I am persecuted by my husband in kota and now i am live with my parents in jaipur.

My child aged 6 years live with my In-Lawsin kota and they cannot give me him custody. Please provide me remedy and suggest the way, so that I am able to get my son. Also assists me when my Husband is not interest in taking Divorce.

Dear client u have to file custody petition in court under Hindu minority and guardianship act to get custody of child. Also u can file contested divorce in any of ground like cruelty desertion adultery as per yr case in court. For any legal help call me
