Dear sir/mam
my self rajesh sharma from punjab last month i submitted a divorce case in court. my wife is agree with me & her family. we decide for divorce. i gave 1 lac money to my wife and return his goods.but now we submitted case ni court by my advocate.but she is not coming on peshy in court from last month.so please give me advice how i can any action.

On the date of first motion itself, the petition is allowed and then after 6 months you have to move the second motion. You should have given the money in front of the judge and be put on record.
