How do i get my girl child custody rights ?I left my husband's home in November with my girl child and i am staying separately now with my daughter.Do i have to file for her custody when I file for divorce?

If you want her custody you can add an application for it along with divorce petition.

Dear client if child is below five years then custody naturally remain with mother. If child is above five years age then u have to apply for permanent cudtody in the court. For any legal help call me on 9422611385

You may file for divorce with an application for the custody of your daughter. what is the age of your daughter?
