Legal Question in Family Law in India
A decree of mutual consent divorce was passed by the national lok adalat, accoding to which maintenance allowance was to be paid every month for the child education and the lady with the condition that the child was to study up to 12 th standard in the same city and the visiting right were also granted to the husband two times in a week, now the lady has left the to a city of other state that is more than three thousand Km from the place they were earlier living making the visiting the child for the husband almost impractical because if he even tries to meet the child after informing the lady there is every chance of framing some another false case against moreover her exact place of living address is not given by her so no court can be sent to her, pl advice what to do in the present circumstance if the maintenance is not paid will it amount to contempt of court by the husband.

1) Maintenance shd be paid as ordered by the court otherwise it is contempt of court.
2) The other facts should be brought to the notice of the same court informing the violation of conditions.
3) Consult the lawyer appearing on ur behalf who can explain better in detail based on facts and proceedings of the case.
