Where can divorce be filed under special marriage act ?
My marriage was solemnized according to Hindu ceremony at Arya Samaj in Bangalore. Arya Samaj people have given certificate also. However my marriage was registered at Davangere (a district headquarter in Tamilnadu) marriage registrar who has issued marriage certificate under special marriage act which bears the date of solemnization which took place at Bangalore as my marriage date. So can I file divorce at Bangalore ?

Yes. U may file any of the said places or where both last lived together or wifes parental home.

dear client....

yes you can file divorce at Banglore.......... but be sure your wife shall file other cases on you so have to be safe and then move ahead...
