Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am going through divorce procedure via 13B section (Mutual Consent). I have given whole alimony to her and mediation process is also completed. Now final decision is pending before Family court Judge in which she didn't appear twice and new dates are given everytime. What remedy i have ?

What should i do ?

You have committed an error by paying the whole alimony at once. This is not the way. Half is paid at first motion and other half is paid at second motion. If she does not appear for one and half years, the petition will lapse. In that case, you can not expect any remedy from family court. Be in touch. I need to know the current status so that I could think of some ways.
