Legal Question in Family Law in India

Wife filed maintenance case crpc 125 against husband.
In reply of wife's alligation, husband saying before judge that he never wanted divorce thats why he has not filed divorce petition yet (3 years).
Wife's lawyer ask judge to send both husband and wife for counselling because wife wants to go back with husband.
In front of counsellor husband refused to take wife back.
Counsellor is putting pressure on wife for final settlement and dont want wife to go back.
Counsellor is known person of husband and taking husband side.
Wife has doubt that counsellor will give false report to judge.
Is there any option in which wife can stop counsellor to give judge false report?

no such report can be given by the mediator/counselor that affects the merits of the case. you may refuse counseling in case you want to.
