Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am divorced from my husband in 2004 . I am liable for an alimony amount ordered by the court which is just Rs 4000 pm . I have never received the amount on monthly basis unless I have to take the way by filing a RD every year and issue a summon. With a fear of being arrested I get the amount atleast. Last year we agreed to a one time settlement amount payable to me by the 31st march signed in the court. I haven't received the amount yet what should be my next step in related to this .
