Legal Question in Family Law in India
our family friend is going through a tough time with the daughter in law , every now and then she is threatening her husband, mother in low father in low that she will commit suicide and she will put their name . beside she tried to do this 2 - 3 time and her parents are supporting her. every day it is war at home they are going through a very tough time . watching this now is has become difficult to tolerate. now the boy want to go for legal separation. please advice what way we can guide them...
