I want to file 125 crpc against husband. He earns 30000 pm. He wants divorce but i want to stay with him. I worked for 3-4 months before marriage. How much maintainance I'll get? Kitne time ke baad maintenance milna start hoga? Marriage ko abhi 1 year complete nahi hua hai.

1) Maintenance will be calculated by the court taking into financial status of
each spouse. The comforts given to wife at matrimonial home or parents
house before separation will be considered.
2) For divorce, he has to wait or one year of completion of marriage.
3) Interim alimony will be granted immediately. Ask ur lawyer to expedite.
