Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi need to file divorce against my wife the reason being she mentally tortures me because of which i have to drink. I have slapped her once when i was sober due to some argument after which she filed a police complaint and i had given in written that i would not slap her again. I also have a 1 year old child. Secondly i suspect she cheats on me and whenever i want to have sex she gives a lame reason not to do so. Also her family also interferes in my life.. i have a point that my wife is already divorced once so if this point can be considered. She act as if i habe mentally and physically tortured her in front of everybody and have no interest in house hold work.
Please advice really need some help.what can i do?
