Legal Question in Family Law in India

My friend and his wife are married on 2008.she is very arogant and creating issues for small topics.even 3 times she attempted suicide.when my friend consults her father he is blackmailing him to he will see you.she is harassing him and not coming for divorce.my friend struggling for if she again commits suicide and her parents blame him.what action he has to do

HE will have to consult a lawyer and file for divorce. He can approach the local police and inform them in writing about the threats and harassment by his wife.
