Hello,
We both have decided for the mutual divorce and i am staying in USA as a citizen and she is in
India now. I have given the poa but my question is will i have to make visit to India for any decree. or Divorce can be granted without my presence.

Most courts require the presence of the parties for the filing. Depending on which court your case will be filed, the local lawyer will advice, if your presence is required.
