hii...I'm 28 yr old female.....I got married in 2011 November in india....after that me and my husband moved to usa for his work purpose....we stayed together for 1 year there...we have no child....when I was in usa,mu husband tortured me physically and mentally a lot there,then we came to india,and then my husband left me in india,then I filed 498a case against my husband .....after 8 months we agree to do a mutual divorce.....but after I signed mutual paper,they don't response .....i don't want any amount from him....now i want to give one sided divorce to him....so what is the procedure for these?how many times it will take for an one sided divorce?now my husband is in usa....what is the procedure for paper publication?

for divorce by mutual consent the presence of both the parties is mandatory. You can file a petition for divorce and if he doesnt respond he will be proceeded exparte. for further clarifications contact 9312411481.

Dear client if husband is not ready for divorce then file contested divorce on the ground of cruelty. It will take one or two years. Once summons served on his address in u s a then if he not come then court will give u ex party divorce. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
